Abstract: Observatory: Majdanak Shokin. Observer: Shokin Yu. Recepteur: photographic - des coordonnees absolues!. Periode: 1988 auguste-novembre. Reobservations of second reference stars have been made with new techniques. The reajustement of plates have been made with new second reference stars positions. The reajusted series containes 660 positions of Phobos and 639 positions of Deimos refered to FK5/J2000.0 system. The comparison of new positions with their theoretical values has been done. The mean differences between calculated and observed positions of Martian satellites are d(alpha)*cos(delta)=+20 mas and d(delta)=-80mas. (NM)
