evaluation: The differences O-C(alpha), O-C(delta) are published
in the article. For these values one have (the 5
positions with gross errors were excluded):
alpha delta
M. (mean) 0.015" -0.003"
R.M.S. (root mean square) 0.402" 0.395"
The differences O-C(alpha)e, O-C(delta)e were also
calculated by N.Emelianov with the theory by
Harper & Taylor. The 27 positions with gross
errors were excluded.
With these O-C one have
alpha delta
M. (mean) -0.075" -0.030"
R.M.S. (root mean square) 0.289" 0.267"
