Comments.
          The topocentric positions are given for the equinox J2000.0 and
          based on a reference frame defined by the PPM and SAO reference
          stars (Roser & Bastian 1991). The SAO stars were transformed from 
          FK4/B1950.0 to the FK5/J2000.0 system in the standard way 
          (Roser & Bastian 1991) and were only used 
          for declinations < -10 degrees.
          Values in the column 11, 12 are the standard deviations 
          of the coordinate residuals (least-squares plate solution 
          minus star-catalogue position) of the reference stars used 
          in the plate reduction.
